I did say that Sid didnt deserve to be grouped with loud mouths like Toews and Doan.

A few leaked NHL CBA talking points brokered by Buerkle/Mario/Crosby:

-The League has been renamed to the National Penguin League
-Mario Lemieux is now owner/commissioner
-Sidney Crosby is now captain of all 30 teams and the head of the NHLPA.
-The Flyers colors have been changed to pink and purple.

This is EXACTLY why a guy like Mario, or Wayne Gretzky should be the commissioner not a little basketball pipsqueak (who suffers from little man syndrome). Hopefully a true hockey man like Mario can make both sides see what they are putting in jeopardy in letting this drag on. Can you imagine Mario walking in to see a potential sponsor? He'd get a hearing just because of his stature in the game!! He would have a more positive influence in 6 months than Bettman has had in his whole tenure. Hopefully the owners and Board of Governors will see this and fire Bettman out the door. There's a reason the call Mario "The Magnificant One".
